If you are in the mood to indulge in chocolate, but don’t want to sacrifice your waistline, girl, jump into Keto. These fat bombs are killer. Now before I start sharing WHY this particular dessert is the bomb, I need to share a little secret with you. Ya ready? I hated the Keto Diet the first time I tried it. I almost didn’t try a second time, due to being doubled over in pain…for days upon days. Turns out, my body doesn’t like cured meats or a lot of dairy. The truth is, I love sandwiches. Like, a lot. Especially if the contents are carefully curated inside a fresh French baguette. The bread truly is my favorite part. The bread also kills my tummy, for the next 5 days, minimum. Damn gluten intolerance has me over here in tears. Following a modified Keto Diet plan has truly been a lifesaver for me. I still get to enjoy gluten filled things on my carb cycling week. But the thing is, I’m super conscious of what I put into my mouth, along with how much of it I actually consume.
